For your convenience, safety, and reservation guarantees, we apply the following policies:
Rates vary according to season, day of week.
We can often accommodate 1 night weekend stays.
50% deposit required for reservations of 2 or more days.
100% deposit required on 1 night stays.
Refunds minus a $25.00 processing fee will be made on cancellations if the room can be rebooked.
Same day cancellations and no shows will result in total amount of stay charged to credit card.
No refunds on early departures.
Some weekends and holidays may require a 2 day or 3 day minimum.
Tulip Time reservations and holiday weekends require full payment at time of reservation. No refunds unless the room can be rebooked. The $25.00 processing fee will also apply.
We are a smoke free environment, inside and out.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
We are a quiet, romantic, restful, retreat, get away atmosphere for adults. Sorry, we cannot accommodate children.
2 person maximum per room, no exceptions, please.
Check in is between 4 and 6 p.m. Later arrivals by pre arrangement only, please.
Check out is 11 a.m.
